My mom was kind of back and forth at Rennes Health & Rehab Center - Weston for a total of 4 weeks. She seemed fine with it, but her biggest complaint was the food. She did not like the food at all. And it was difficult to find somebody to get some answers at times on what was happening. We were mostly relieved that she was being looked after during that time, so we were pleased with the facility in that respect. Her room was very large and very nice. She was kind of room-bound for a while and it was hard to get someone if she needed something. I think they were a little short-staffed. The staff was all very nice and they were good. They were very nice to her. She was pleased with all of her interactions with the staff. It was a very nice facility. The halls were nice and wide. The rooms were very large. They offered entertainment. I just know that there were activities available, but I don't believe she participated in a lot of them. There were times when she felt she needed someone to help her when she was more incapacitated in her room and needed to use the restroom and had to have assistance for that. She learned she needed to make sure she gave ample time in pushing the button for assistance to come. But the staff that was there and did come was wonderful.

Our Mom rehabbed at Rennes for about 3 weeks as she recovered from several stays in the hospital. Rennes provided her with a safe, clean and comfortable environment to rehab while providing skilled nursing care that was infused with compassion and professionalism. Mom enjoyed her interactions with the OT and PT staff who helped her realize her potential as she worked on gaining back her strength and self confidence. The staff was always open to phone calls and updates with family members... we always felt a connection to the progress Mom was making during her stay. One of the best parts of Mom rehabbing at this Rennes was how content she was being there... she was pleased with the skilled & talented staff, enjoyed the great meals, and felt safe and cared for each and every day. Without hesitation our family would recommend Rennes to others.

I want to Thank ALL the workers for the care you gave my mom Alice! During my visits I never saw a negative person or thing in the environment!! Very clean,friendly atmosphere! I will miss my mom and the visits at your home also! I am a walking billboard of my voice of your beautiful caring home!! Thank you also for letting me use the beauty shop to do moms hair!! Thanks Mike for given mom rides for her appointments! Your a hoot!!

The facility always appeared clean and in good repair. Staff always were friendly though were a bit slow to respond to needs from time to time. Overall the facility is very nice.
