I've visited Berkshire Kensington. They have a lot of activities that you can join in if you want to, and I like that they have elevators. The person that gave me the tour was very nice and the apartments are very sufficient as far as what I need. It's pretty much everything I'm looking for. The staff who gave the tour was very caring, and understanding, answered all my questions, and she was very informative. Since this is a 55+ active adult place, you cook your own food. The building has its own salon, they have a chapel, and on-floor laundromats, and I believe it's pet friendly.
