My mom is currently at Manor Pointe Oak Creek. They have more openings now. Because of COVID, they were short staffed at times. They have a new person there, and she has been doing some really positive things. I think it's getting back to where it was when my mom first moved in. It needs some improvement and more staff because people left, but it seems to be picking up now. They have activities like bingo and cards. Some people just kind of organized that themselves because they are short-handed. There are more activities now. In the past two years it kind of slacked off, but now it's getting better. She is independent, so she can order a meal if she wants to. Usually, she does simple cooking in her own apartment. With the staff, they had turnover. People are retiring, and some new people had just started. They're trying to find people to fill positions like maintenance and other stuff.
