I was at Happy Hills Adult Family Home for a tour. The staff followed up with phone calls and emails. It was very accommodating to visit. They're flexible with timing and availability. Communication-wise, they're responding to phone calls and emails. Nothing to be improved in the facility. Overall, it was not extraordinary. It was fine.
