The Vintage at Arlington Senior Apartments has decent facilities. There's no in-suite laundry, but they have multiple laundry rooms on each floor. There were no balconies. It's not a bad place, but there are better. It's independent and no meals are provided. They have resident-lead activities, like game nights and Bible studies. They have a puzzle room and a billiards room. The particular employee I met with seemed a little new and didn't know absolutely everything. So it wasn't a bad experience, but after visiting some other sister properties, it was clear that that employee was new.

Building is in bad shape! Lots of damage from water leaks going back years. Mold is ongoing problem. As of today, 7/14/25, exterminators back here again because of bedbugs and cockroaches. Do Not even come here to look. This apt building is deteriorating at a rapid pace. Seniors/disabled deserve better!!

The people we met at The Vintage at Arlington Senior Apartments were all very helpful. However, when I was on the first floor, I noticed some gaps underneath the doorways in their community room and to the outside. I thought that wasn't very good because mice can get into anything. Also, I was interested in a two-bedroom apartment, but I only saw a one-bedroom; therefore, the apartment was small for me.
