Well what to say about the best Apartment Homes in Waco? They're simply the best you're gonna find in town. From the diverse well informed Managers to the skilled Maintenance Staff. These are the most caring understanding and friendly people. The activities they provide are very nice. The grounds and security are more than adequate. Yes it is nice, if you are looking for peace and quiet in an up environment like I was. This the place to be.

I live in these apartments at the present time, would not recommend them. The maintenance staff is almost non-existenet, because he is lazy, took him six months to fix my closet, it also took them over a year to fix my leaking roof!!! Horrible management staff, horrible District Manager named Linda. They increase rent when they want, but only to residents, that they do not like.

The rooms at River Park are very nice. I chose the place because I could afford it. They only have a couple of activities. The staff could be better because they just don't take care of the things the way they said, but I would recommend the place.
