"My mother was a resident in the Secure Unit. We never had a single complaint about the care she received from the staff. Everyone always seemed to have the resident’s best interest in mind. They constantly worked to add value to the lives of those in their care. The facility was always clean and fresh. The social worker was kind and helpful, the receptionist was sweet, and the unit nurses and assistants were loving, hard working, and wonderful! "

"My friend was at Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare. I had some complaints about them when my friend was there when she got sick. They had the flu there whenever I put her there when I was going to have surgery. She caught the flu and pneumonia there. This was Christmas Eve. Monica, who is over at the admissions, is a very fine person. She helped get my friend to the hospital and took care of the problem that we had with the staff. So that's the only complaint that I had with them as far as that. Their food is really good, too. They have good activities for the people. They had bingo, which my friend enjoyed. They have other activities like music. One thing that means a lot to my friend is that they have a courtyard and they had three resident cats there. That means a lot to my friend because she's a cat lover, and they have that available for them. They seem to be more available to help you if you have a problem. In talking to the ones in charge, they will try to help you. "

"RehabLiving at The Meadows was a very nice facility. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very professional, very nice, and very helpful. The building was recently remodeled and it was very nice. They had physical therapy, planned activities, art rooms, exercise rooms, and TV rooms. The courtyard looked very nice. We were very impressed with the place. It was all one story, and it had a very nice layout."

"This rest home is perfect for my gramma. They have very clean, well kept facilities. There are plenty of windows, which I think helps it not feel so "nursing home" and more like "home." The staff has always been wonderful to us and my gramma. Last Christmas, there was a great family dinner complete with dessert that we got to eat with Gramma. She eats like a queen there. Three full meals a day with dessert! The food keeps her spirits up, even when she gets fussy. Every time she has gotten hurt, the staff has always been there to take care of her. I feel there responses were quick and proper. One of the best parts of this rest home is the birds that live in their sitting area. I know they all love to watch the birds and feed them. They all have names and their enclosure always gets dressed up for the holidays. "

"This is the third facility I have lived in and it is an older building but the level of care is very good the staff is outstanding in their treatment of patients the room s are very good with individual ac and heating units the beds are very comfortable "

"Awesome staff. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. On the few occasions that I have visited no matter the time or day the residents really seem to be engaged . Ms.Tammy does a great job with activities for the residents. The entire staff has proven helpful on several occasions. I would recommend this facility and staff to anyone seeking a great place for their love ones."

"During college, I volunteered with a local hospice, and many of the patients I visited (usually in the late afternoons) were located in this nursing home. The nurses were always very courteous, and the lady at the front desk was also pleasant. There was always someone manning the nurses' station, in the event that anyone needed assistance. The facility has TV rooms, a dining room, double suites, and private suites. The private suites consist of two single patient rooms connected to a shared living room. One problem was that they didn't always require you to sign in when entering the building. However, the center is in a good part of town, so patients don't have to worry so much about having their possessions or money stolen (But, in my opinion, you can never be too careful!). Overall, it is a very good facility; none of the patients I visited ever complained about how they were treated. "

"My husband was in 5 different assisted living/nursing homes before finding Greenview Manor. The staff are helpful and he seems to be more content than he has been in the last 5 years. The staff notifies me of any problems and they do a review of his care plan about 4 times a year. The staff and I work together to get the best care for my husband. "

"Wesley Woods Alzheimer's Care Center (Wesley Woods Health and Rehabilitation) is the best around the area for the money and convenient. The staff is very good. They stay on top of things and take care of my mother-in-law's every need. The place always smells and looks clean."

"They treat my husband well. When I call to check on him, I find the staff really courteous and responsive in answering my questions. They have very good people there. My husband progressed really well. He stayed there for around 21 days. "
