MY DAD IS VERY HAPPY AT THE FACILITY. HE REALLY LOVES THE STAFF AND THEY LOVE HIM AS WELL. HIS PROGRESS WITH THERAPY IS AMAZING,THE TEAM OF NURSES AND AIDES MAKE SURE HE GETS WHAT HE NEEDS. HE CALLS IT HIS HOME AND SAID HE LOVES HIS ROOMATE AND THAT EVERONE IS SO HELPFUL. I AM OVER JOYED BECASUE I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO PUT HIM IN A NURSING HOME BUT I COULDNT HAVE CHOSEN A BETTER ONE. IT'S LOTS OF ACTIVITIES FOR HIM TO PARTICIPATE IN. HE SAID THAT HE GETS DELICIOUS FOOD ALL DAY AND SNACKS AND DRINKS. I REALLY WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS BUT KNOW MY FAMILY AND I ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR JEFFREYS PLACE HEALTHCARE.

Awesome staff. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. On the few occasions that I have visited no matter the time or day the residents really seem to be engaged . Ms.Tammy does a great job with activities for the residents. The entire staff has proven helpful on several occasions. I would recommend this facility and staff to anyone seeking a great place for their love ones.

Jeffrey Place is no good, so we moved my mother-in-law to another community. They had her naked while eating lunch in her room alone, and the door was open, because they said they could not find her clothes and they said she arrived without any clothes. The only reason I found out was because I popped in. The place was nasty and dirty. There were people sitting in wheelchairs out in front of the community smoking cigarettes, and there were cigarettes all over the place. It was bad, that's why we moved her. The toilets were not clean, and the toilet in her room had poo in it. There were no activities for the residents there.
