Since my mom has a memory problem, we have chosen Westview Manor because they have locked areas where she stays, so that was the main thing. The room is just average. Some of the employees are really, really nice, and then some of them just don't talk to you hardly at all. I have not tried their food, but they don't look all that good. I would say they're average. However, the dining area is good. They usually eat in a big, open community area. It's always clean and everything looks nice. They have an outdoor courtyard that's enclosed, and they do lots of activities. They have bands and people come and sing for them. They play games and stuff, so it seems like they have a lot of activities. My mom has adjusted pretty well, so for her, it has been OK. We haven't been 100% satisfied with it, but it fits OK for us.

Westview Manor is nice. The staff needs some work. The dining room is nice, but the food is horrible. My mom has already moved in. The room is horrible because it's too small. They do bingo, music, and bands come and play. The place is nice and clean. They need to hire quality help and pay them to feed the residents right and cook food that they can actually eat.

My dad was at Westview Manor for rehab until he died. The technical staff was OK, but the administrators were wonderful. We had been in that facility before and had a good experience, but I didn’t realize that the head retired. I would not recommend them at all.
