"My Mother has been at this facility several times over the past 5 years. She is 89 years old. I would not think of her going anywhere else. She loves the long-term staff and they remember her at each visit. Due to her age and declining health she gets sick more often, goes to the hospital and then needs rehab. Ridgeview gets her all better and she returns to her assisted living. Love the staff, rehab program, the cleanliness of the building and location. It is across the street from the hospital-I don't see how it can get better than that. If there is an emergency she is minutes from assistance. I want others to know that this is a great place if you need rehab or assistance in the care of your elderly parents! "

"I went there twice for rehab. Everyone that worked there including the construction crew, housekeepers, kitchen staff and nursing staff were all so happy and nice to me. They were doing remodeling so at times it got loud. Despite that, they were considerate of our afternoon naps and late sleepers. The food was really good and my room was recently remodeled. I was very pleased with the care I received there. "

"My partner moved into Hico Nursing & Rehabilitation. It's very good. They come in and do exercise with him, even though it's not to rehab him, they're still getting his legs moving around, doing transitions, and they're still getting him busy."

"I've been at Town Hall Estates Keene for a little over a week now. I get treated very well, and I'm here for PT or rehab. They work me up pretty well every morning. Everything seems to be very nice. The food is very good, and there's plenty of it. My room is nice and comfortable. Most of the staff members are nice and helpful. They're a five-star except for one night aide. They keep it pretty clean and everything seems to work fine. It's easy to get around and everything seems to be just like it should be."

"My mom is now in Mulberry Manor. It is privately owned, but it is very old and not pretty. It needs some upgrading. It doesn't look that great, but I have been very satisfied with the care that my mom has. They have taken good care of her. The room is small and crowded. There are two residents per room. The place smells bad when you walk in. It is also pretty uninviting. The dining area is old. There are more people in wheelchairs. There is not a lot to do, so my mom is very bored. Some of the residents have TVs in their rooms, but the rooms are very small."

"I have stayed at Stephenville. I really like the place, as well as the food. The staff was great and they help me a lot during my stay. "

"I visited this facility not too long ago and I was impressed with the facility, this has potential but there were a few things that were lacking. As I walked back to the sunroom, I smelled a foul odor of feces, I then proceeded to the dining room where housekeepers were rushing madly to clean it up and not taking their time to sweep and mop thoroughly. I walked in the dining room and nearly slipped, thank God I grabbed on to a table to break my fall. Wet floor signs were not picked up like they were supposed to be. Activity Director is friendly but that department could use a little work because while I was there, a special event was taking place but residents were left unsupervised, Activity Director was in her office doing paperwork instead of participating with the residents. During the event, I didn't see a lot of smiles on residents' faces. This facility has potential but is lacking in some areas, they need to do something to make their residents happy. Also, you had to have a key to use the restroom, the key to the mens' restroom was never retrieved so I had to hold it the whole time I was there. 2 main areas that need work in this place are Housekeeping and Activities. "
