Our residents average age is 85 years old. Residents at Reunion Court love to engage in lively conversation, exercise, and any of our many social gatherings.
What programs or activities does Reunion Court of the Woodlands offer to enrich residents' well-being?
We offer exercise, board games, shuffle-board, trivia, cooking events, lunch bunch outings, theatre outings, bible study, gardening.

Reunion Court is just a mile away from The Woodlands Mall and Market Street shops.
What transportation services does Reunion Court of the Woodlands offer to assisted living residents?
We offer scheduled transportation to physician appointments twice per week. We offer weekly shopping outings to stores such as Target or Wal-mart.
What makes the chef or dining program at Reunion Court of the Woodlands exceptional? What kind of menu can assisted living residents expect?
Choices! Our residents have choices!!! Reunion Court of The Woodlands takes great pride in offering our Residents healthy home-style meals that do more than nourish, but offer an “Adventure in Dining” through nutritiously balanced and themed dinner menu choices with our ever-attentive dining service. Residents have input in the menu planning process by participating in our weekly menu chat meetings.
What safety features or security measures does Reunion Court of the Woodlands offer to assisted living residents?
All exterior doors are equipped with sensors. Main exits are also equipped with security cameras. All areas are equipped with advanced smoke detection and fire sprinkler systems. The community is a a steel construction with storm rated windows and features a backup power generator. The area where Reunion Court is located does not flood.
How does Reunion Court of the Woodlands keep residents' families informed about their loved ones?
Families can expect a phone call if something regarding their loved one's status is changing. RCW emails the monthly calendar and newsletter to keep families up to date with daily activities and events. The community posts photos of the various events and happenings on Facebook and Instagram.
If Reunion Court of the Woodlands accepts dogs or cats, what indoor/outdoor areas can they enjoy?
Dogs may be walked on a leash in our courtyard areas.

All exterior doors are equipped with sensors and main exits are also equipped with cameras. The community features Keepsake Gardens - our dedicated, secure memory care area for residents who may wander or experience other memory related issues.
What programs or activities does Reunion Court of the Woodlands offer to keep residents engaged? How does the staff engage residents' long-term memories?
Memory Care Residents enjoy all the benefits of our exclusive Symphony of Life® daily lifestyle experience. The program harmonizes our entire Staff to joyfully enrich each Resident in body, mind and spirit, and throughout our entire community of family, friends, support services and more. RCW features programs involving, cooking, gardening, reminiscing as well as exercise and spiritual offerings. Each suite features a memory box which can be used to engage the resident in conversation.
Who assesses residents' health and cognitive functioning? How often is that assessment repeated?
The Resident Care Director. An assessment is completed upon admission and is updated with any change of condition.
What techniques does Reunion Court of the Woodlands use to support memory care residents during mealtimes?
Staff members may eat along side the resident to encourage them to complete their meal. Hand under hand techniques are used to guide the resident while preserving their dignity.
How does Reunion Court of the Woodlands keep residents' families informed about their loved ones' health?
Our resident care team will contact you if your loved one experiences a change of condition. Care conferences involving the family are scheduled if the service plan requires a change.
