I toured Park Manor Senior Apartments. The staff toured me through three different apartments. I liked one of them because it was more private, but it was a little bit of a walk to get to it. I didn't like that the living room is a little bit smaller than most apartments, but the rest of it was OK. The dining area was nice. I believe they have exercise equipment and a swimming pool there also, so it's a nice place. They have little garages if you need storage, and you pay extra for that.

The management at Park Manor does not care about the seniors living there! Nothing is taken care of, people are disrespected daily! I know of at least 5 residents who are moving out as soon as they find something else! Please don’t make the mistake I made by moving my relative into Park Manor!

If I could give them zero stars I would! The new owners Dominion are terrible to the residents, they will increase your rent every year, and try do anything to keep your deposit, and charge you for completing the make ready for the next resident. Do not lease at this property. My father lived there for over 5 years, and the new management is absolutely horrible. As far as I am concerned they try to take advantage of senior citizens!

Park Manor was OK, but I was not impressed. The thing I didn't like is the rooms were very small, but the place appeared to be clean.
