"I have lived in the Villas for over seven years. I find the staff accommodating, the maintenance crew effective and responsive, and the apartments clean and roomy. Activities are available for a variety of interests. The development is pet-friendly. The apartments are ground-floor four-plexes, making easy access possible. Mine is handicap-equipped with bars in the bathroom, roomy hall and doorways. The community is close-knit and family-like. I truly enjoy living here. I feel safe and enjoy interacting with my neighbors."

"I toured Park Manor Senior Apartments. The staff toured me through three different apartments. I liked one of them because it was more private, but it was a little bit of a walk to get to it. I didn't like that the living room is a little bit smaller than most apartments, but the rest of it was OK. The dining area was nice. I believe they have exercise equipment and a swimming pool there also, so it's a nice place. They have little garages if you need storage, and you pay extra for that."
