I think the apartments at Villas of Sherman were very nice. They have activities all the time, and I think that would be something that I would be interested in. The upkeep looked good. Everything was clean. They have a swimming pool and all that. The apartments were a good size. We got on a golf court and drove around. The staff member showed me everything, and she was really nice. They have called me since asking if I'm still interested and all that, so they've kept in touch with me. They have craft days and different things. They do crafts and things like that because it is right next to the office. I think their dining area is the same as where their crafts and stuff are. There's a little kitchen up there.

I have lived in the Villas for over seven years. I find the staff accommodating, the maintenance crew effective and responsive, and the apartments clean and roomy. Activities are available for a variety of interests. The development is pet-friendly. The apartments are ground-floor four-plexes, making easy access possible. Mine is handicap-equipped with bars in the bathroom, roomy hall and doorways. The community is close-knit and family-like. I truly enjoy living here. I feel safe and enjoy interacting with my neighbors.
