"My dad moved into here. The staff is really helpful, friendly, and very attentive. It's all one level, just all around, so it's been a good fit for him. The staff members are compassionate, caring, patient, accommodating, and super great. My dad is happy with the food, and he's very picky. They have all kinds of activities. They do a lot of gaming. They have holiday parties and puzzles. They have a little courtyard."

"I have visited Stone Brook Assisted Living & Memory Care. I like everything about it, I'd move there myself. The rooms were very comfy and they showed us a floorplan within our price range. It was a one-room studio or efficiency. They had an activity going on in the cafeteria, we heard people whooping, cheering, and hollering, and they seemed to be having a good time. They've got chicken cages at the back of the place that you can go sit and look at if you'd like. It's right where you could also see them from the windows of your room. At the front they had flowers, it was very pretty. The dining area was very good, clean, and spacious. They had trips going to the store where they could buy stuff like the dollar store, and they take them to their doctor's visits outside the building. There's a big area at the front when we first went in for activities, and they provide the meals."

"My husband and I are residents of Brookdale Willows Sherman. One of the things that we like most is the community and being a part of it. We're currently redecorating the inside and outside of the building, partly because of how hard our winter was. The trees and plants that have been here for a long time suffered from that. And now it looks nice and springy. We have a library and a beauty salon. We have a community garden area where residents can work with plants. Some of them in the ground and some of them in raised gardens, not vegetables, but flowers. For the most part, the staff is cheerful, polite, and caring, and everybody just works well together. Everything that the residents have talked to the staff about in a regular sit down together talks, everything that has been lifted, I think, has been or is being addressed. We have a lot of new people move in and that's taken a lot of extra time from the staff. But the residents don't seem to be suffering from it at all. It just adds to the community, I guess, would be the best way to describe that."

"My dad moved to Trustwell Living at Preston Place. It's an excellent community with a very safe atmosphere, and the staff are wonderful. It was very clean and well-kept. They have a dining room and they have an activities director. They had bingo. He loves the food. The food is excellent. They have a good chef."

"My husband was a resident in Memory Care for over two years. He consistently received loving care. Because I tried to visit my husband daily I had multiple opportunities to observe the staff’s interaction with those in their care. Memory care residents frequently are not easy to handle. Without exception the staff was patient, loving, kind and always treated the residents with respect. The rooms were clean as were the visiting areas. The laundry was does daily. The meals were tasty, varied and prepared according to the needs of each resident. There were daily activities for the residents and events were held monthly for family/residents. My husband died recently but I am so grateful he (and I) was fortunate enough to be part of the Traditions family. "
