The Woodmore is a great assisted living facility. An elderly friend of mine in late stage AIDS was there and spent the last few months of his life in their care. In visiting him, I found the home to be clean & sanitary and the staff extremely friendly and attentive to his needs. The food was good- being prepared on site by professional cooks, and the activities were too numerous to count. From daily games, video games, arts, crafts & photography classes- there was never a shortage of activities to keep the residents occupied. The various amenities offered include a spa, personal mailboxes, and a gorgeous garden patio. Overall, this is a higher-end assisted living facility, and the prices are going to be higher than other comparable facilities, however; they include laundry service, Lifeline service, and transportation- which is more than any of the other facilities in the area. Overall, this is a good place for low level care. I do not have any experience with high end care.
