"We toured Brookdale Cypress Station. The place is very neat. They care for the elders, which is the most important. Cherry gave me all the information. She was so kind, smiling all the time, and that's what I need for my friend. She needs a lot of loving people who treat her like she's at home. When I went there, I felt like I was at home. All the people that Cherry introduced to me were very friendly. They smiled and they told me, "Enjoy your tour". The room is perfect. It was clean. The space is perfect, and also the design is amazing. They share the room, and it's like my friend has a neighbor, and that's wonderful. They have wonderful living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens. They have a calendar with activities. The menus for the day are posted everywhere, so the residents will know what they are going to do, and what they are going to eat. We went to the activity rooms where they played games, and did crafts, and one of the ambassadors was helping in that area. She was introduced to me, and she's a very kind lady. They have a place where they can go outside to enjoy the sun. They also have a piano so they can enjoy music as well. I like Brookdale, it's a very warm place."

"My father-in-law is in Spring Creek Village. It’s very clean. He happy and feels it’s like staying at a high-class hotel. The staff is very helpful and seem to stay on top of things. If they pick up on something or notice something that they think I should know, they’re very quick to give me a call. He goes every day to bingo, dominoes, and the exercise classes. If there’s an outing to a grocery store, movies, restaurant or a museum, he goes to every single one of them just so he can get out. He likes the food, but he’s complained a couple of times about the short meal time and that there is not that much variety and flavor."

"My husband moved into Ella Springs Senior Living Community. It's a very nice facility, very clean, it doesn't have an odor, the food is excellent, and the care that he's receiving is excellent. I have nothing but good to say about the facility. My husband has adjusted well to be in there, and that's saying a lot, and for him to say the food is good, that's saying a lot. He never liked the food nowhere, so for him to tell me the food is good -- and he has to cut back on his eating so he doesn't gain weight -- that's really good. You're really not allowed to be out in the building. We can visit him in his room, and we had to have a COVID test before we could come in the building. They have a very nice garden area in the back, that was a big plus for my husband, because he likes to go outside. I would definitely recommend Ella Springs to anyone that's looking for a facility. The staff is fine, I haven't had any problems. One think that I liked is they have an ambassador program, with that program they call me once a week basically just to give me a report on how he's doing. If there are complaints they address them, anything that I've asked them. They have gone back with me, so I think everything is fine, the staff is wonderful. They have been very wonderful to me."

"It was nice. I had a nice tour with them. The place was very nice, clean, and cheerful. I met the assistant manager, the dietitian, and the physical therapist. Everybody was so nice to me. They showed me all the rooms; some were single and some were shared rooms. The rooms were very nice. I saw their menu and they had very nice, balanced diet."

"My mom was a resident for 3 years with advanced Parkinson’s disease before she passed at the end of 2019. She received the best care🤗. Owners and staff did a great job keeping family informed of any issues & took care of Mom regarding all her needs. Food was excellent!!! They go above and beyond on kindness and care of the residents. I have been very happy with the help they have given me in helping my mom. "

"We are temporary residents here during the week that our sister community was closed to repair flood damage from broken pipes during the hard freeze. They outdid themselves creating living space for us on short notice, shared their food supply with us refugees even when roads were impassable for resupply and stock was limited. Every member of staff was friendly cheerful and helpful and made us feel welcome and not an imposition. Permanent residents here say that’s just their way with everybody. Food is good, rooms are very nice new comfortable and elder friendly. Executive Director is energetic friendly cheerful very people oriented very pleasant and hands on. She even helped move our stuff in. Can’t say enough nice about this place in Spring. Just wish it was closer to Jersey Village where we have many personal and doctor ties. Don’t know price or activity but they do have church and Bible study that residents like."
