Rising Sun Residential Care Facility was a house and I liked it a lot. The residents were friendly and nice. The bedroom was spacious, nice, and had plenty of closet space. They have the hospital style beds that are adjustable so you can elevate the head up and lower it. The dining area was clean. They had a nice patio, and it had nice, big flowers and plants. The director was friendly and helpful. It looked like a comfortable, clean place to live. People were watching TV and talking amongst themselves, and they seemed like happy folks.
