My first impression of Countryside Manor was that it was homey--the furnishings, the atmosphere, the actual lay-out of the rooms. And the staff is amazing! As caregivers, they must sometimes deal with unexpected, at times unpleasant, incidents; and they make a point of interacting with the clients I have never witnessed anything but kindness and concern in any situation. We had our loved one in a different facility for a few months at the beginning of the year. She was unhappy, and so was I--the atmosphere was quite impersonal, even stark; there was little interaction between staff and residents. I am so grateful we found Countryside.

My mother is a resident at Countryside Manor. I cannot say enough about the staff. Mom was in another assisted living facility before we found Countryside Manor. She has severe dementia and was not doing well where she was. We moved her here about a year ago and she absolutely loves it. She is thriving now. They have activities planned for her daily. She is dancing, singing, crafting and playing memory games. Also bowling and other activities. She loves it there. Our family feels so blessed to have found this new place she calls home. We finally have a feeling of peace knowing she is in such good hands.

This is a small nice caring place for my dad. The staff is very nice. It is a small family feel here - very pleased with the care. They don’t have a van for medical transport but other than that a very nice place and good people. A nice place - you should take a look if you need assisted living for a love one
