I like Del Webb Charleston at Nexton. It's just a 55+ complex where you take care of your own home. It's wonderful except for the price of the homes. They've got everything. They got all the amenities you could imagine, a gym, a pool, a dance hall, a movie theater, a bingo parlor, a pickleball court, a grandchildren play area, lakes, a basketball court, and a golf course. Everything's there. I was impressed with the staff. I did inquire about food in general. People mostly cook for themselves there. The homes were wonderful except the size was small. I'm a pack rat. I want it bigger.

Del Webb Charleston has a lot of nice facilities, and the houses are reasonable. We have a two-bedroom house, and we just like the whole area. They have many activities. They have indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a huge clubhouse with all kinds of events going on. It's huge. It's independent living, and you live in your own house. We like the people we've met.

The Del Webb facility was great. Me and my son looked through the facility. It would be great to be able to live there and I love to more there because there are activities and everything to do. They have a swimming pool and they have dancing although I can't remember all other right now. I just went to the cottages they have and basically they were very nice. The staff were very nice.
