After a tour of the facility, the complex was very clean, the residents were well cared for and the staff was very polite and caring. Residents have the opportunity of bringing in furniture of their own. Physicians and nurses and therapists come daily from what I was told. Activities are weekly, and the Director was very knowledgeable. They don't take Medicaid.

My husband moved to Stratford Place. It's wonderful having him there because I don't have to worry about him getting up, wandering away in the middle of the night, and not hearing him. The staff was very nice. They go out of their way to help the residents. They're all very friendly. It has two big bay windows, one on the side and one in the front. The room is huge with a large bathroom. They have an outside area where they can go out and sit that is locked down so you don't have to worry about them. They have a doctor who comes in whenever they need them.

We chose Stratford Place for my mother because of location, the fact that it's a brand-new facility, and because I know friends whose family members are in there. The rooms are very nice, brand new, and you can choose if you want it to be furnished or not. The staff member during the tour was very friendly and very informative. The dining area was very nice and almost like fine dining.
