Restoration Senior Living of Simpsonville

My father spent about three weeks at Restoration Senior Living of Simpsonville, and we were not impressed with that one. They pulled him out of there. They had a memory care unit, and they did not live up to their promises. My mom pretty much had to go up there and help them take care of him. They did not give him his prescribed medicine for the first three days that he was there, and then they tried to claim that no one told them about it. We had to get him out of that place, so I do not recommend Restoration Senior Living of Simpsonville. I didn't take the tour, but I did go over there while he was there. On the surface, everything looked good there. When it came down to the staff, they were understaffed. Some were friendly, and some were not very friendly. I think the food was okay. Some days my mom would be like, "They had this, this, and this," and then the next day she was like, "This wasn't fit for anybody to eat." They had an outdoor area just for memory care. It was locked down by itself. They could not interact with the assisted living area, so that was a good thing.
