I like the cleanliness of Maple Brook Terrace and the staff. Dad has a full one-bedroom apartment with an oversize kitchen, all-new amenities, and granite countertops. The bathroom is very nice. It has all of the necessities, like hand bars and everything for the shower. It's easy to move about. There's a washer and dryer in the unit. Again, it was new. It's only three years old so it's very well maintained. There's a patio off of the room. It was just very nice. It didn't feel like a senior living place. It was more independent and the staff was very courteous. The food is excellent. They have regularly scheduled activities. They have outings that are scheduled every month as well.

I went to see Maple Brook Terrace. It was very well-organized and well-managed. The entire place is very well maintained. For the time that I was there, it was very clean. With everything that they offer, I think the place is worth selecting. I didn't get a chance to intermingle with the staff other than the lady who was giving the tour and she was an excellent tour guide. I didn't have enough time to participate in one of the lunches that they were having, but she took me to a couple of rooms. One of the residents also allowed us into a room and showed us what it was like inside with furnishings and all that stuff. The room was very clean and very organized. You could tell that somebody watches out for their well-being. I don't think there's anything more that I can say other than high praise for the way they maintain the place.

My friend and I both zeroed in on Maple Brook Terrace. It was brighter, and the people were happier. The food was pretty good, and they gave us a good deal. The staff that took us through was very friendly and very informative. We had lunch there twice, and it was good both times. We looked at the apartments that were already rented to people. They were kind enough to let us come in and look at the apartments to see what it was like with furniture. They were very willing to help with whatever needs we had. I was just pleased with the whole atmosphere. They have a lot of activities, and the place is very clean. They serve three meals a day, but they have a beautiful kitchen. They have a stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave. They have a chapel, a library, and an exercise room, but they don't have a pool. Each apartment has a balcony. They have a courtyard and places where they can go out and grill. They have a snack bar that's open 24 hours a day in the lobby downstairs. They have buses that take you to the doctor, groceries, and outings. They also have garages that you could rent.

Maple Brook Terrace was wonderful. I think my dad would be very happy there. There's so much to do there. It has a packed activity all the time and the staff was super friendly and answered all the questions. They showed us everything. We even ate there and the food was wonderful. We loved it. They have a library, a huge game room, a theater, a chapel, a salon, and a beautiful walking path outside. They offer three meals a day and they take them to doctor's appointments. They have all kinds of amenities.

My brother is in Maple Brook Terrace. Basically, their level of care is independent living, that's it. They are very good at coordinating additional housekeeping and medical care, but they don't provide it, they just facilitate it. It's just over one year old. The design for both airiness, lightness, and functionality are excellent. The staff is marvelous. They're caring about the individuals, thorough, thoughtful, cheerful, and very helpful. We've tried the food for five days and it's excellent. They do exercises in chair activities, Wii bowling, conversations, and gatherings in the social area. They have a pool room, a fully-staffed theater with a huge screen TV, and theater-style seating, and they have a fully equipped exercise and physical therapy room. They have a social directory encouraging people to get involved in activities. The scheduled list of activities is excellent. We looked at 15 different facilities and it was the best.

Maple Brook Terrace is new, it's got all the services I'm looking for, and I think it has a lot of options. It's an independent living and I thought it was a very nice facility. The staff did an excellent job touring me. It's a brand-new place and they have very nice offerings. They have a gym, a salon, a library, a rec room, a dining facility, and a walking area. The location is very central and it's not far from where I live.

We just moved my mom into the facility. Everyone has been so great - both residents and employees. Her studio apartment is beautiful and it feels like home to both my mom and our entire family. Very happy!

Maple Brook Terrace is superior. It has everything anybody would want to have. The staff is fantastic, and the apartments are superior. For activities, they offer puzzles, bingo, and trips. The courtyard is beautiful. They have a very nice walking trail. It's in a very good location as well. It's off a busy road, but there are a lot of restaurants and businesses pretty close by. The place is excellent; it's all new, clean, bright, and cheerful.

I moved into Maple Brook Terrace. It provided me with a very nice apartment and the facilities help me to feel comfortable. I like that the apartment has high ceilings. I have a little deck that I can sit on outside my apartment. It's cleaned once a week; someone cleans and changes my bed. It's just very, very pleasant to live here. The food is very good. The staff is very supportive, and they are available if you need them. There's not a lot of hovering; we can come and go as we please. The facilities are first rate. It is a new building, and so everything is clean, fresh, and and is taken care of. The activities part is a work in progress. They're still developing activities to fit the needs of the people here. For example, there is exercise for people who want it. There are movies every day. There are different activities for people who like them, and they are being added as more people move in.

Maple Brook Terrace is more modest. They were all apartments, but they were nicely sized, and we were more attracted to the Maple Brook Terrace program. The stand out in that community was basically the meal plan. It included an all-you-can-eat-all-the-time menu, and there was dollar credit associated with the dining. They had an exercise room, and they also had a movie theater. I think the apartment size was a little bit bigger. We saw a two-bedroom, two-bath standard, and a two-bedroom, two-bath deluxe that was maybe 300 square feet bigger than the standard. The building itself looked like townhomes or condominiums. We met some of the residents, and they were very friendly and outgoing. They seemed to be enjoying their time there. We met a few residents playing games in the game room. That's a brand-new facility. They've been in existence at that location for less than one year, so everything was very new, and it seemed like they had a good business plan or a business model that they were following. They offered no particular buy-in or entrance fee, there was a straight rental for the unit, but the rental price included everything that normal, healthy, active seniors would really love. They even had some on-staff nurses who do the rounds and check on people. It wasn't an active medical facility, but they did have access to a doctor who would make house calls. It catered to a healthier lifestyle. If there were other medical issues that the seniors were experiencing that probably would not have been the best choice to put them, but for active, healthy seniors, it was a wonderful place.

We got to tour Maple Brook Terrace. it was a beautiful facility and brand new. The rooms were smaller, but the facility was very nice. The people were just okay. The thing that struck me there was that I think the level of clientele they were looking for was a little higher-end than what my aunt would be comfortable with. They are looking for doctors and lawyers who wanted to retire, as opposed to schoolteachers and postmen who wanted to retire. It is just a different level of people. You cannot lock in your rate, so they just go up every year. The rooms were very nice; they were just opening up when we saw them. They had granite countertops, and they looked like a fancy apartment to me. The location is great. It was very close to shopping. It would be very difficult for my aunt, but it would probably be great for those who are more independent. I think you need to be more independent there. The facilities were brand new, and they were beautiful. It is a little bit pricey, but it is beautiful.
