Hello Michael, I realize that not every facility fits everyone's taste. I am surprised that you did not get a homey feel from the facility. One of the most frequent comments we receive from people is that it has a very homey feel. The next frequent comment we receive is how it does not smell and it is very clean. Our residents will tell you the care is best around.

Hello Lou, I am the Community Relations Director at The Palmettos of Charleston. I apologize for not being present when you visited the facility. If you would like to contact me, I can answer any questions you need answered. Someone should have given you my business card or obtained your information so we could speak personally. When comparing facilities, please note that The Palmettos includes Medication Management and some other amenities for which other facilities charge separate fees. This may give the initial impression that The Palmettos is more expensive, but when all is considered, our charges are very competitive. Thank you for visiting our community and I am more than happy to answer your questions.
