Welcome to McMinnville Senior Living McMinnville senior living apartments is a 16-apartment retirement community for active aging adults located on the McMinnville senior living campus in the heart of Yamhill county, near hospitals, doctors and downtown McMinnville. Our campus also has accommodations for a 29-bed assisted living community and a 26-bed memory care community and a 28-bed specialized dementia care community. Spend your leisure hours reading by the fireplace or playing games with a neighbor at the large farm style table in the entry. Watch a movie or simply sit and visit with family and friends. Take a peaceful stroll around the vineyards or sit by the water fountain and enjoy the outdoors. Residents can choose either a large studio, a one-bedroom apartment or a two bedroom, which there is only one of. All of our apartments have a full bathroom and kitchen, which is complete with a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Every apartment is complete with a sprinkler system, smoke detectors and a personal emergency response call system. COMMUNITY FEE (One time charge) A $1000.00 community fee is required upon signing the Resident Agreement. This is a one time fee used to help cover the cost of processing your application, furnishing and maintaining the community areas of Mcminnville Senior Living Apartments (MSLA) such as parlors and in the dining room. This community fee is fully refundable prior to your move in to MSLA.
