We went to Miracle Heights. It was a family-owned business. When we walked in it was bright and cheery, but I didn't see a whole bunch of the residents. It's kind of set up in a square pattern with the courtyard in the middle, so it didn't seem like there were activity centers. They didn't show us activity centers, and it was a locked facility. My daughter-in-law doesn't need a locked facility. I didn't know that it would be a locked facility. The people were very nice. They got her a wheelchair because she has some difficulty walking. They were just nice people. It was a father/son that I met. The facility was very clean and it seemed like they had kept it up very well.

The whole place is well maintained and cleaned regularly. Staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. Love the Courtyards

I toured Miracle Heights. I liked the bedrooms and I liked the common rooms that they hang out in. The place was very friendly and it was clean and updated. The staff was very kind and very friendly. They had courtyards for every room, which was nice.
