Pebble Creek is well staffed with strong leaders who make quality care their priority. I was impressed with their professionalism and caring nature. I would highly recommend sending a loved one here.

DO NOT send your loved one here. Mom was there for approx 1 month. Head nurse cross examined me about "compassionate care visit" that was was approved by social worker. They returned her clothes with dried feces all over them. Nurse aide used loud aggressive profanity in hallway, very intimidating to myself and residents. Sent mom home with 2 bedsores, vaginal infection and anal issues. Counselor was critical and insulting when describing my mom. There's more, but I think you get the idea.

I was in Pebble creek nurseing homefor almost three months.I can't say enough about their Physical Therapy department.very professional and work to gether as one .Occupational therapy is also great. They make you really work to get better. Nurses and aids are good also

My mother is right now residing in Pebble Creek for post-surgical rehab, and I have been happy with them. The social workers are really nice to work with, the nurses are all good to my mom, and they have a really good chef. They are giving her physical therapy and occupational therapy. There is live entertainment down there and activities, so she is receiving good care in this particular facility. I would recommend it to someone in this area. There are semi-private and private rooms available. It is very accommodating, and they are meeting all her needs. She is there temporarily, but they have permanent residents there. They also have a short term wing for people who are there for a few weeks to a month, and they are treating them well while they are there. They need a little more communication with the family members of the patients, but I am very close with the nurses in my mom’s case. It is a nice facility. It was there for 3 hours yesterday, and we went to a music concert at about 2:30 in the afternoon. I am a musician myself, so I really appreciated that. They provide nice activities.

My mother likes it in Pebble Creek Nursing Home. She’s in a private room. It has a bed, a few chairs, a closet, and bathroom. She has her meals in her room. It’s quiet and clean but they need more staff.
