We toured Crossings at Heritage and it was very nice. My mom liked it because they're all, I guess you'd say cottages or apartments, but they're not stacked on top of you, they're all there beside each other, and that's what she liked. They have like a little center, like a clubhouse that has a little library, a pool table, and cards. They come up with events for the seniors and stuff like that, which they're getting to do more of now slowly as the virus wanes a little bit. It is not too far from a senior center where you can go and do different things. The lady took us to tour one of them that someone was getting ready to move into and my mom liked it. It's nice. They don't have a dining room or anything like that. They just have a little flip house with some stuff, and they do events, and they plan little outings and events with the seniors. The staff was really helpful in answering any of our questions and taking us around.

My in-laws moved into Crossings at Heritage. It's an apartment complex for 55 and up. The staff was super helpful. We're able to explain all the financial needs with my in-laws. The thing we loved the most about it is everything's maintenance free. All the appliances are new and are included in the rent. Yard service is done for them. They also have weekly activities up at the clubhouse that my in-laws are enjoying. They're just super friendly. They don't have food. They cook on their own. Because of Covid, the activities are not all that great, but they will be.

My mom is living at Crossings at Heritage, and we love it. It's wonderful, very well kept, the people are really sweet, and I feel very comfortable having her there. It's perfect for her. She doesn't participate in any of the activities, but they have lots of them. It's perfectly lovely, well taken care of and very well managed.

I just liked Crossings at Heritage because it was all on one floor. The rooms were a nice size and adequate. I like the feel of the community. The staff is OK. They have a lot of activities, like cards and bingo. I think the staff could be a lot more understanding for the elderly.
