I went to Warren Care Services and I didn't like it. It was a house where they had rooms set up for five different residents. When I got there that morning, they had forgotten that they're supposed to meet me. The male nurse let me come in and showed me everything, and I just did not like the situation. They have a living room and there was nothing for them to do. They either got them up out of the bedroom, or brought them to the living room, that's it. They had no activities and they weren't engaging with the residents. There was nothing for them to do. When I came in, a resident was just sitting in the living room eating. The house was very clean though and nice, but it was small.

Warren Care Services was a converted home, but it was nice, and they were undergoing renovation. The owner was nice, however, they only had male clients at that time. The layout was fine, they had a large semi-entertainment area, and the rooms were spacious, and well-maintained. The facility and logistics were fine, there were no concerns there. They had rooms with TV, and books for reading.

The lady who showed me around Warren Care Services did a really excellent job. The little couples that live there were nice, and inside it seems very comfortable living there. It was a little worn out that the owner had told me that he was in the process of doing the place room by room. I could tell that he was telling the truth because it looked like the living area was newer than the bedroom area and the office area. The two rooms that I saw were neat and organized but they were just worn and needed a little tender loving care. They were doing the living area first so that there's space for the residents to go while they're doing the rooms. The bathrooms and the little bedrooms needed upgrading. It's worn out but you can tell that they had cleaned the rugs until they've faded, you can tell it was clean. The people were also clean and the smell of the house didn't have a particular odor or aroma that you would be displeased with. It was a nice place, and I can tell that the owner and workers were striving very hard to get things in order. They had a couple, two single man and one single woman who are living there. It looked well-cared for, the outside was good and the inside just showed wear and tear. The parts they have renovated looked very nice. The care level pricing was good. For my brother, it would have been $2,000 and if he needed additional care it would have been a little bit more. It seemed that it was only a resident area, and there's no place they could go out to like a park. They had a very nice sitting area in the backyard, so if the residents wanted to come out and sit in the cool of the day, they had a nice sitting area there. They had one gentleman that smokes, and he had a smoking area outside which is a good thing. I saw a lot of strong potential with the staff there in terms of skills.

Warren Care Services was very nice. The place and the people were lovely. The staff was very friendly and very caring. I only spoke to one person who conducted the tour and she was very nice. However, this place is just far from me, otherwise I would have moved my mother there. The rooms were clean. The dining area was nice. It was a nice homey atmosphere, but nothing fancy.

Served a Hospice patient in this facility and found the staff, and facility owner/manager to be accommodating, professional, warm, responsive, gracious, kind, capable, and uniquely committed to managing this patient's comfort and end of life care in this home. While some staff were not as knowledgeable as others, all were willing to learn and proved to be loving and capable care givers. The patient was able to remain in this location he and his family had come to consider home, until his peaceful death, The facility was always clean and the food smelled good every time I visited. I would recommend the facility to another Hospice patient, in need.

My brother and I placed our father with WCS twice during the last 2-3 years. WCS is a top notch facility with the most caring staff. They were very innovative in making efforts to accommodate Dad as his disease progressed and we were most grateful for them at such a challenging time for us. We always felt welcome. Dad always looked well groomed and happy to be there. My family learned about WCS from a friend who also placed a family member here. It was a blessing to find such outstanding professional, personal, and affordable care so close by so I could spend more time with my Dad. Our family highly recommends wcs for others searching for additional care support for their loved ones. Sincerely, Greeson

Warren Care Services had the opportunity to care for this relative's grandfather who was in a dire situation when the facility was contacted. He moved in within 24 hours and we served the family for close to 2 months. My staff and I really enjoyed working with him and his granddaughter through the process to ultimately transition with his family.
