Stratford Manor overall is an outstanding and well-needed facility in our community. This facility like most have withstood a 3-year pandemic (COVID 19), the lost and shortage of manpower while operating and maintaining the health and safety of it's residents; in my opinion rank a 5-star rating. This far I am a resident for more than 5 weeks and have made a 100% improvement in mobility in 2 of my limbs that we're paralyzed from a stroke I sustained in July 2022. I could not have achieved this success without the love, compassion, care, talent, skill, knowledge and teamwork of all of the staff at Stratford Manor.

Mom was at Stratford Manor and our experience was terrible. Although the staff that they had were very nice and very helpful, they had activities and the physical therapy department was very good, they were understaffed and overworked. Some of them were awesome, some were not. I was there every day for three months so I saw it all. You had one nurse for six to seven residents. It's ridiculous. So there's no way that everybody was going to get proper attention and proper care. The place could be kept cleaner as well. Mom's room was just adequate. They had activities. The food was a hit-and-miss though. In my opinion, they were more so about the money than actually helping the residents.

My uncle was in Stratford Manor Care and Rehab for almost a year, and he loved it. It's a beautiful, beautiful place. It has everything. There is skilled nursing, they take care of you, and you have your personal assistant to come in and do whatever it is that you need. He did have rehabilitation around three times a week, and you could bring outside food if you wanted. I like the way they had set things up because of COVID; you couldn't just walk in. I went outside to the window, he went to the window, and that's how we spoke to each other for safety reasons. And if you wanted an outside visit, you had to schedule it, but that was all set up too. He had his own space and there was a divider. We could see each other, but we couldn't come in. It was beautifully run. They laid the menu out for you and everything was really nice. I was so happy with the place; so was he. He didn't want to leave. They had all kinds of things. They had bingo, a game room, and an exercise room with stationary bikes and all that stuff.

Aunty came to live at Stratford Manor when she came to require 24 hour care and has been now been a resident for nearly 10 years. We were concerned at first as to how she would acclimate as she was withdrawn, skittish and English is not her first language. Stratford Manor has done wonders for her - she's come out of her shell, become very social and has shocked us all by picking up a lot of English. She has been happy, made good friends and has been very well taken care of. She thinks of the staff at Stratford Manor as an extension of our family and that is exactly what they have become. We are especially grateful with how thoughtfully and proactively Stratford Manor has managed COVID19. Aunty got sick, as we feared but realistically expected, but has pulled through wonderfully. We so appreciated the regular updates Stratford Manor provided on how she was doing and the protocols the facility was implementing. At a time when we fully expected the very worst, we were comforted by the knowledge that Aunty was in the care of loving, dedicated staff. How do we fully say how grateful we are? How do we recognize the many challenges and sacrifices made by the people at Stratford Manor? 'Thank you' does not seem enough but … 'THANK YOU'! from the bottom of our hearts

My friend is at Stratford Manor Care And Rehab and he's been there three weeks now. They really screwed up yesterday. He had been programmed to go to a specialist that morning and they called up on Wednesday and canceled the appointment, but then it never got transmitted down the line to the staff. In the end, we had an ambulance, and we took him there to the doctor's office and it turned out to be inaccessible. The whole trip was an expensive waste of time. On that occasion, they kind of screwed up. Mostly, I have a good feeling about Stratford Manor. Their top priority is rehab, so they put that higher up. They're not in the business of long-term care. They're an in and out place more than a long-term place. Most of the staff members are perfectly are fine, but it's a mixed bunch and some are better than others. They seem to be well trained and well-suited for what they're doing with a few possible exceptions. We're only exposed to a certain small fraction of their whole staff. The food is quite good and the facility seems to be good too.

My father is a patient and like other reviewers I agree many nurses have a lot of attitude, and are lazy. Rehabilitation employees are very nice and hard workers. They really need to watch the nursing staff a lot more, as they do not give medication at the correct time. There is also so much noise continually.

My mom stayed at Stratford Manor for a year and a half until I transferred her out. The nurses are rude and patients are neglected, My mom was constantly getting UTI and she is bedridden. She developed 2 more bed sores on her feet because she wasn't being turned on the regular 2 hour intervals. Put your love ones somewhere else besides Stratford Manor not a good place.

My mother has been in this facility for two years. The Stratford Manor is well maintained with a large staff. They have a community room with varied activities for the residents. The dining choices are good and menus are varied to fit the residents needs. Most of the care givers are cooperative and take good care of the residents. There are a few workers who are special and take extra special care of my mother. Her medical needs are met and a doctor is called when necessary. I feel this is a very good facility and my mother is doing well there.

My grandfather opted to live in Stratford Manor Care and Rehab. I liked the way they treated me when I went in to inspect the place. The set up of the facility was really good. They had various activities. It just worked well with my grandfather. I liked their customer realtions. Everything was good. Although, I hoped they would validate any information on the residents' condition before relaying it through the telephone.
