"My grandmother stayed at Lincoln Park Renaissance and the medical/nursing care that she got received was above and beyond. The way the staff (CNA, Nurses, therapists...) cared for her during her 3 month stay as if it was their own family member. The food was really good, and any medical question/need was given its utmost attention. I would feel very comfortable sending my love one there again."

"I really enjoyed having my grandmother at Hopkins center. The activities were so well planned, the nurses were very sweet and supportive! They even had a farmers market! I'm so happy I had my grandma came here. If my grandma would voluntarily eat veggies that would be very helpful. Open to suggestions on how to do that! We really appreciate all that was done for her!"

"My sister was here and have to say we are thrilled with the care and support she received while staying at Dry Harbor Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center. The rooms were great - the staff were amazing - always popping in to see what she needed or if she was ok. They were always there with her medictaion. Whenever we wanted to find one of them or call them to see her, they came within a minute or two. The meals were great and helped her gain her strength back. Was a great atmosphere for getting her strength and spirits back. Last few years have been tough for her with a couple of illnesses and then her husband passed. This was just she thing she needed in order to get back on her feet for her next phase of her life. She understands that she won't have the mobility that she once do, but at 80 who does. She's quite competitive and enjoyed playing games against some of the other people who were staying there. She didn't win every time but it's hard when you're up against some former English professors and they seem to know just about every 7-letter word in the English language. She also liked doing phyiostheraphy and getting greater use of her muscles and limbs this way. Really can't thank the home enough for all they did. "

"We have my mother in the Daughters of Israel. The facility needs to be update. I feel it is a little bit not in the best of shape. However, with her being in there for a couple of months, we see that she is getting outstanding care. We did not be feel that she can get it anywhere else. The staff is very accommodating and very caring. They have good numbers of them. The location is very convenient. It is a very large place, and the grounds are OK. The food is excellent. They offered three meals a day, and they do have mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks as well. I think they may even do a before bed snack, if they want. I think they are in line with other facilities in the area. "

"This is a first class facility. I have been in rehabilitation many times and this facility is top notch with and is professional, clean, wonderful staff, and can't say enough positive things. You get a print out every morning (or the night before) of your scheduled therapy which is the same person and you are not shared with 10 other patients while they run around. They are 100% focused on you, the patient. The nurses/assistants were also wonderful and caring and took a personal interest in how I was feeling every day and middle of the night. Before I was discharged, my husband had to come in and review all the things I could do and what was necessary for when I went out. For example, I had to practice getting in and out of our car and how I needed to go up and down stairs. Kessler was "out of network" with our health insurance, but after a fiasco at another facility, we agreed that it didn't matter as they worked on getting me better after a 2 month hospital stay. Thank you Kessler!"

"Complete care at Summit Ridge is A true gem nestled in the Hills was Essex County NJ. I was presently impressed with the Staff across the board, their professionalism and extra effort to make each and every person feel special. The renovations are truly remarkable and will change the landscape going further. Summit Ridge is most definitely a facility to tour fr all your rehabilitation and long term needs."

"We found a place for my mom, Alaris Health at West Orange. It came on a recommendation; a friend's mom has been there for about four years now. When she went in there she had to be quarantined for 14 days. They call me all the time, and I call them, so there's never a problem getting any updates. That's where we are right now. My mom has not been eating that much. She is also very fussy, but they're trying their best. Pretty soon I'll be able to bring her food there. The staff has been very extremely helpful. Extremely helpful. The facility itself is very pretty. I haven't been inside yet because of the quarantine, but outside there is a patio with tables. The building itself is pretty. It is a nice setting. Right now I would give them a high rating just because I haven't had any issues with them, and they have been extremely helpful with my mom. I'm very satisfied. I don't know much about the value for money because my mom is pending Medicaid. They took her pending Medicaid, which I thought was helpful. The value for the money is hard to rate just because I like that they took her pending Medicaid, whereas some places would not do that."

" My mother has been in this facility for two years. The Stratford Manor is well maintained with a large staff. They have a community room with varied activities for the residents. The dining choices are good and menus are varied to fit the residents needs. Most of the care givers are cooperative and take good care of the residents. There are a few workers who are special and take extra special care of my mother. Her medical needs are met and a doctor is called when necessary. I feel this is a very good facility and my mother is doing well there. "
