I just moved my dad here. The staff is very kind and patient. The facility is clean and the residents are happy. The rooms are nice with a great view. My dad enjoys bingo the most so far. He’s looking forward to more games and outings. In fact, we’re going to enjoy the fireworks for the 4th of July from the top (15th floor) of the building. There’s a commons area up there.

I toured St Joseph Tower Assisted Living. I saw that the residents were happy and they liked their living conditions. They seemed happy with their surroundings. They have a microwave and a fridge, which depends on the apartment. Some of them have tables and some of them have chairs. It just depends on which apartment you get. Some of them already have dressers. The staff did a good job. She's very friendly and gave me lots of information. She seemed like she cared about the residents.

I toured St Joseph Tower Assisted Living. What I like best about it is that they have nurses on site. They have security on site. It's a locked door. My mom would have her own apartment with her things in there. She could make something for herself or eat meals they provide three times a day, plus snacks. There are events for them, studies to do to keep them busy and not just sitting around. They can go out and have a movie night. You can have movies like in an upstairs room, maybe 20 or 30 people can hang out and watch a movie. The director herself gave me the tour. The cleanliness is very good and the structure I thought was well-kept. The atmosphere feels like a family.

My visit at Saint Joseph Tower was good. They have a library and an activities room, they go on outings, they had a common area that they could go to and coffee that you could get, and they had outings to the grocery stores and different places. They had 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, and they had large walk-in closets and large bathrooms. The staff was very nice. But Saint Joseph Tower is 14 floors, and my grandma is unable to go up and down the elevator, so it is better for her to be all on 1-level.

St. Joseph is open, full of light, and doesn't look like a nursing home. When the sun's coming in, it's really bright. They're doing really well and stay on top of thingd. My husband has been there for a little over a month. I ate with him on his first day, and the food was awesome. He has a roommate, which is good if they get along OK, and they can check on each other.

My mother lived St. Joseph. The staff was competent and caring. The rooms were beautiful. My mom's room was probably about 15x15 feet. The food was good and adequate. The dining room was very pleasant. I was pleased with the security. She wore a button that would set off alarms if she would try to go out. However, I thought they needed more help.

My dad stayed for about 2 years at St. Joseph Tower. The place was big but it was not well-maintained. It seemed as though they did not attend to my dad as wellas I expected. The food was mediocre and my dad complained a lot.
