Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Plattsmouth is well maintained. The community is small, but the people there are nice enough. The staff is friendly and they make sure that mom takes her medications on time. They're a pretty tight-knit staff. They offer art classes and yoga. They take them on outings on Fridays to go shopping and stuff like that. The dining area is quaint. The food looks decently good. When I was there, Mom said that she enjoyed it. The building is only so big so it's not like they can put a gym in or anything like that and because it's a small town living, there's not much to do. It's 30 miles away from the next big city, but they do what they can.

Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Plattsmouth was very nice. I kind of have a drop foot, and there were in the hallways a little bit of dips throughout it. I think that was the only thing that seemed to bother me in regards to it. Everything else was just amazing. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable in any questions my son or I asked. I was very highly impressed with that. If you have any questions in the world that you haven't gotten answers to, the people there can answer your questions and show you. The food looked so delicious, I was highly impressed, and their dining room was just fabulous.

My mother-in-law will be moving into Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Plattsmouth. The best thing is it's close to where we live, so we can easily visit and it won't take that long to get there. We got to see a variety of room sizes that were currently occupied. The residents were very happy to share how they decorated their spaces. We got a feeling of what creative homey setting we could set for my mother-in-law, so that was good. We were there when they served food, and the residents were all getting set up and ready to go for that evening meal. We did go through their activity program. There are several social groups that they have set up that the residents kind of direct and then there's a small activity area where people could go in and they've got books, jigsaw puzzles, and things to kind of stimulate their minds and have quiet time by themselves. I got to meet a number of the nurses, and they're very friendly and pleasant people.

My grandma has already been placed here, and it has been a good experience. The staff is all very friendly, there are a lot of activities for the residents so they are always active on something, and it is a good place to live. They have studios, studio suites, and then they have a 1-bedroom. They do have some that have bedrooms, and I am not sure how many different ones have bedrooms because we just looked at 3 different ones, but they have microwaves and small refrigerators in them, they have large bathrooms, some have walk-in closets and some don't, and they are very spacious. They have an activity room, they have books that you can take and read, they have outings that they go on, they have trips to the doctors, and you can take trips to the grocery stores once a week.
