Hickory Villa Assisted Living

I'm going to go to Hickory Villa Assisted Living. The people are very, very friendly there. It's nice and clean. Your meals are included. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The upkeep and the cleanliness are close to a five. It's a nice place. The grounds are nice. The building itself and all the rooms are very nice. There are fireplaces. They posted a board of the activities for the month and showed me where that board was. That's where you find out what's going on.

I toured this community. The residents were doing an exercise class that looked like a lot of fun. They were all laughing. The apartment I was shown was spacious and had a lot of closets. The community was clean and friendly.

Wonderful nursing staff, they really care about my loved one. Communication is wonderful and the environment is cheerful.

The person that took us around Hickory Villa was not very good, but we did like the facility. We'll probably go back again because it's affordable for my mother.

My dad stayed at Hickory Villa while my mom went to Boston. His dementia worsened during the course of his stay and the staff did everything they possibly could to accommodate him even though they were not set up to handle severe memory problems. Food was very good and meds were administered on time. Would highly recommend Hickory Villa.
