The Grand Brook Memory Care of Grand Rapids is a beautiful facility. It has a very homey environment and you just feel like it's home. It has an open kitchen concept. There is also a wonderful inner courtyard with sitting areas and areas for grilling and watching TV outside. They have outings but my dad has just been there for only a week so he hasn't been able to come to the activities but he has connected with some residents there. He especially appreciates the chapel service that they have every morning. He has a very spacious room and I love the fact that there is a double instead of a single bed because it's much more comfortable for him. The bathroom is also very accessible for all mobility. The staff has been wonderful, caring, and very welcoming to the residents.

I was at Grand Brook Memory Care of Grand Rapids for only an hour for a tour. It's a well-oiled machine, it's very beautiful, and it's designed well. The staff seemed to be very attentive because it is just memory care. The physical facility is very good.

I did not get to tour Grand Brook Memory Care of Grand Rapids because of Covid, but I did get to go in the front lobby and meet the staff there. I could look through the windows, and then she took a video with her phone and the facility looked just beautiful. It is brand new. I just could not go all the way inside. The staff was fantastic, super friendly, gave a lot of good information. She followed up with emails and calls too. It is super clean and decorated really nice. I know they do religious services because I asked. That was one thing that was really important to us. I just could not go inside, but that is not their fault. It is Covid stuff. The landscaping was nice. I did not have any trouble getting a parking spot.

We are thrilled to have our mother living in the Grand Brook community. She has been there 2 weeks and we are so thankful we made this move! I am impressed with the communications and photos of what's happening with the residents. Proof they are keeping the residents busy with many activities! The thing that has impressed me the most were videos of the staff introducing themselves to us and why they love their job!! it was so nice to know who is caring for my mom! I also love that the meals are prepared fresh in the kitchen where the residents can see and smell meals being prepared. No hot cart!! I met the chef on a window visit day and he could not say enough good things about his dream come true job!! He told me he likes to meet and talk to every resident. I had the opportunity to tour the facility before it was open and its just incredible! Its set up like a home with the Livingroom and kitchen. Love the fireplace! I'm sure my mom spends some time there! The court yard is absolutely amazing! Beautifully landscaped and lovely furniture all around. Even heaters and a TV. Totally enclosed so residents can go wherever they want. The staff is amazing always answering emails or text messages in a very timely manor. My mom has been in 4 other Memory care Centers and they didn't come close to the love and care Grand Brook offers. Grand Brook is her forever home!!

Grand Brook is an EXCELLENT Memory Care facility! I recommend it highly! Their timely communication with families, frequent updates on how Mom is doing and excellent standard of care set them apart from other Memory Care facilities! The Caregivers are very well trained and love their residents! So many activities are offered throughout the day to keep the residents active, engaged and learning. The facility is absolutely beautiful. We are so glad we found Grand Brook as we feel Mom is flourishing there!

My wife moved into Grand Brook Memory Care of Grand Rapids. My overall experience has been very good. I can't get in there now but her room was nice; I saw it when she moved in. Excellent place, nice high ceilings, and very nice accommodations. It's a good location, it's right by Wyoming, so it's only a mile from the mall. Pretty much everything is included, they do the laundry and the cleaning. They got an enclosed courtyard which is very, very nice so they can go outside and they can't get away because the building is completely surrounded; very secure. They got everything there. The day I brought my wife there I was able to get in the room and the chef brought us a couple plates of food and it was very good. Because of COVID I was not able to go out in the other part of the facility, but since we were the only ones in her part they brought us some food right down. Everything was fresh, no frozen, everything is made from scratch. It was excellent. They keep the residents busy, but she can't really tell me what they do there so I can't really tell what activities they have.
