My mother moved into Park at Franklin Senior Living, and she's been there for about a month now. I like it. I got a room close to the nurse because she has dementia, so the nurse can see her coming in and out of her room. I like it because I can go over there any time I want to or spend the night with her if I need to. The facility is well kept. They feed her three times a day, and they check on her every two hours. The nursing staff is nice, and when I come in, they say hi. They do her laundry, and they do housekeeping. This one guy is great with my mom, and she just loves him. So far, it's nice, and mom's getting used to it. They come and get her and take her to the dining area if she wants to. If not, they let her eat in her room and they will come and clean it up. They have bingo, exercise, movie night, and a salon on the premises. I haven't seen trash and they don't have a smell. It was in my price range.

Park at Franklin Senior Living was an extremely nice place. There are lots of well-kept community areas and lots of different options for the residents to gather and relax. They had a lounge where they could go and listen to music, a nice library, and a craft room. The dining area was nice, too. The person that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and personable. My mother was actually very interested in the place. The price they offer was good. Unfortunately, we left several messages and they never called her back, even though they said that they would have some units becoming available in the next two or three weeks. So, that was a turn off. We ended up touring another place after that and decided on that other place. I also went back to the facility after 5 and I was not pleased that there was no one at the front desk when there seemed to be a lot of people coming in and out of the facility. So, security seemed lax to me.

Park at Franklin Senior Living was a nice community, but it wasn't a good fit for my mom. The amenities were minimum to none. As far as the facility, it wasn't the best. The kitchen was closed, so we weren't allowed to taste the food. The staff were nice. We didn't feel comfortable. It was okay, but it wasn't for our mom. We only got to see the model room, so, of course, the model at any facility is going to be staged. It was decorated nicely. The staff who gave the tour was nice and professional.

The Park at Franklin Senior Living was very friendly. The place was clean and the staff was extremely nice and easy to get along with. The meals looked nice and fulfilling. They gave me a schedule of activities that they had which includes Wii sports, movies and popcorn, yoga, and bingo. Looked like they were having a good time. Their rooms were also nice and airy.

I had an in-person tour of Park at Franklin Senior Living. I like the amenities the best. The place is very clean. The residents were friendly, and the staff I came in contact with was friendly. The person who toured me around was informative. They told me that kitchens are not turned on or not accessible in the assisted living area due to something that happened, and that was a concern of mine. They had a salon, a movie theater, a café, and a library.

I had an in-person tour of Park at Franklin Senior Living. What I liked best was it was more independent than I thought it would be. I didn't see too much negative stuff at all. Everything was good. The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean. I didn't live far from here, so I'm familiar with the area. I think the familiarity was pretty good for me.

My mother will be moving into Park at Franklin Senior Living. It's very clean, and they have modernized it. It was very upkept. There's new carpeting. It was just nice. It seemed like they had a lot of nice activities that they had planned for the people there. They had a nice theater room that I was impressed with. The dining room seemed very nice. They also had a store there. I thought that was a good idea to have a store in there. They had a spot where the renters could go in and just pick the items of different entrees they wanted if they didn't want to eat formally in the dining room. The common area and the apartment looked nice. The lady I spoke to told me that I could come back and have a meal there.

We've chosen this community for my mother, and we're hoping to move her this March. It was great, it was nice, it was somewhere I felt comfortable with her being. It is spacious. They have different apartment types, and it was nice. It's almost like a senior apartment. They had a library, salon, and dining area. It looked very nice. The staff is very nice.

It was a facility that kinda fit my dad's needs. He really doesn't need any type of services as of yet. He's still pretty much independent so this gives an opportunity to still be independent. From what I'm seeing, it's pretty much self-explanatory. They do a wellness check to make sure that he's OK. The room is fine. It's enough to live independently without having shared rooms or anything like that. They have activities, but right now due to COVID, a lot of stuff has been shut down, but they have like different movie nights and bistros, they have painting, and checkers, cards and games, and stuff like that. I really haven't had that much of interaction with them as of yet. From what I've seen so far, they are timely. From what I've seen as far as the menu and the kitchen and the staff, I haven't tried the food as of yet, so I can't really say too much about it. From what I've seen, everything is clean, it has enough like fruits and vegetables and everything, so it's real balanced, which I like. I really can't say 'cause I haven't tasted anything yet.

I was met by the staff promptly. They were very kind and gave me the tour. The common areas were very nice, the dining room was fine. I especially appreciated the ability to scale back the number of services that were required as my mother-in-law is more independent than the other seniors. The room was very nice, very large, and clean, and I really liked the floor plan.

My dad is here. It seems friendlier and more like home. The staff's work ethic is very good. We have no complaints. He participates in different activities. I do not know if they have exercises, but they do have bingo. The rooms are very spacious.

I got a chance to visit, and it was very nice. The lady who accommodated me was very informative. She was very knowledgeable about the place. She showed us around, and the facility is very nice and very clean. The rooms were very nice too. Their activities were very good. They have arts and crafts. They have a movie theater for them to see movies. They have a list of activities, and I like that. The residents that I saw where just comfortable and laid back. If I can sum it up, it had a very positive effect on me.

Outstanding staff. My auntie was attended to hourly. The charting of the staff is excellent and they really take care of their residents.
