Mom moved from another facility to Hampton Manor Bedford about 6 mos ago. Overall we are happy with the care and very happy with the people. The only major complaint would be the advertised shuttle bus that is either unavailable being shared by other facilities or more often broken down. Don't count on the residents getting out of the facility once a month. The resident's council has complained about it but the owner's apparently have no money in the budget to repair the bus or purchase another for the 4 or 5 facilities that need to share it.

We found Hampton Manor of Bedford for my mother. It's the only one that we visited and we're very pleased with it. It's an excellent facility. They keep her busy all day. They have bingo, arts and crafts, chair exercises, noodle ball, all sorts of things, and musical activities. Her apartment is very clean. We're very pleased with it and so is mom, so that's what's important.
