Summit Park has been wonderful in caring for my mom. They treated her like family and with respect. While the adjustment for a loved one with dementia is difficult, Summit Park had the expertise to help us better understand and deal with issues mom faced. I can't recommend them high enough to anyone considering a place for their loved one.

My aunt is doing well at Summit Park. It's not like being at home, but she's making adjustments. I moved her in, but there's no visiting now with the COVID restrictions. We can visit through a screened-in window as long as we maintain distance. The staff has been very helpful with the transition. Her room is very adequate. They keep it clean, and the place is as organized as it can be. The activities are limited right now because of the social distancing. The location is ideal because it's close to my home. It's semi-rural, so there's wildlife and trees and a lot of green space. It's very well managed, very clean, and very orderly. They have a good schedule, good staffing, and they communicate well. It's everything we could've hoped for. I did a lot of comparisons, and the cost is very competitive with others in the area. Overall, they're providing good services for good money.

We chose Summit Park for my mom. Her room is small and clean, but it has a living room, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette. The food is excellent. They have exercises, walking, crafts, occasional outings, therapy group sessions (like talk sessions), Bible study, and movies. The activities are pretty good, but my mom is able and enhanced, so they're not quite enough for her.
