My experience with this provider was fairly, pleasant. On every visit to my grand mother the staff accommodated myself and other family members who were visiting properly. No facility is perfect and I rated them based upon other factors that I observed that may be small to you and I but can at times stress those who are patients. The staff were nice and efficient considering their work loads, which seems to be excessive, there had to be over 10 patients per staff member so if my grandmother called for help she had to wait a very long time. The facility is also a tad smaller than I would prefer, they do have empty land on their lot, they need to expand. My grandmother seemed so cramp all the time. Amenities were adequate, I think that they should offer a beauty shop for them so that families don't always have to worry about hair care for their loved ones. I did appreciate that they at times had activities for the patients, that included those who were able the opportunity to leave the facility. Over all, I was satisfied with the service that they provided to my family, I just wish that the Managers and Supervisors could see that making the staff have a heavy work load takes away from the patients and our loved ones.
