From the moment you walk into SP Senior Community, you can feel the difference. The front lobby is absolutely beautiful, and being greeted by Ebony at the front desk is always a highlight—her genuine smile and cheerful welcome make every visit feel special. She’s always happy to see you, and that warmth sets the tone for the entire experience. One of the most meaningful parts of having my parents at SP is getting to spend time with them in the outdoor courtyards. Whether I’m sitting in the sunshine with my mom or dad, those peaceful moments in the fresh air have become some of our most cherished memories. The dining experience at SP is another real plus. Sharing a delicious, homemade-style meal in the main dining area feels personal and comfortable. The food is consistently good, and the service is attentive and friendly—it’s clear the dining staff takes pride in what they do. But what really stands out about SP is the people—the heart of this community. Over the past year, even as upper management has changed, the consistency of the front desk staff, dining team, care staff, and maintenance crew has been the steady foundation my family has come to rely on. The med techs and care team in particular have been incredible. They’ve helped my mom and dad with kindness and respect and supported our entire family through every transition with compassion and reliability. I also want to recognize Eric from maintenance, who has gone above and beyond in every possible way. From day one, he helped my parents get settled into their rooms, always showing up with a smile, a kind word, and a willingness to help. Eric keeps the whole building running smoothly, and is someone who clearly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. His presence and positive attitude have made such a difference. Housekeeping staff like GiGi and Brandon also deserve a big thank you. They are friendly, dependable, and treat my parents with dignity and care. Their attention to detail and the way they carry themselves shows how invested they are in making SP feel like home. Even though leadership at the top has shifted, it’s the everyday staff—the med techs, dining team, maintenance, front desk, and housekeeping—who keep this place running smoothly. They’ve created a sense of stability and comfort for my parents and our whole family. SP Senior Community isn’t just a facility—it’s a place where relationships matter. People like Ebony, Eric, GiGi, Brandon, and so many of the wonderful care staff are the reason my family feels supported and at peace knowing our loved ones are in good hands

I looked at several different places, not EXACTLY knowing what I was looking for. This process was all new to me. Once I found StoryPoint, I felt confident it was the correct place for my mom Visually, it is quite nice-looking. From the common areas, dining room and courtyard to the rooms - it is well-maintained and inviting. My mom's room is relatively small, but very functional and exactly what she needs - a small kitchen, a large bathroom and a very adequate living/sleeping space. I have been very impressed with the staff and administration. The staff has been very caring and the administration is on top of any issue that has come up. Any concerns have been addressed swiftly. My mom has dementia and they have graduated care. She is not in Memory Care yet, but they have been very good about her care as she declines :'(. Other plusses - - Special activities are met with enthusiasm and creativity. - food is varied and very good. - no care is cheap, but I find the rates competitive. I would definitely recommend.

The Sheridan is more than a beautiful facility; it is filled with wonderful people that provide exceptional care to their residents. My father stayed in Memory Care here for 10 months and throughout his stay I witnessed staff going above and beyond to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for him and his fellow residents. Moreover, they truly personalized their care of my father, making him and our family feel as much "at home" as possible. Like you would expect anywhere, we did have minor issues from time to time, but every time we mentioned them, they were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Yvette, Constance, Rajenae, Jeremiah, Michael, Meryl, Erna, and so many more make this place special. I highly recommend and will forever be grateful for the care they provided to my father and family.

My sister-in-law has moved here. The care seems to be fine, and the community seems to be nice. It's like a boutique hotel with a beautiful cathedral feeling. It has a restaurant and areas in the main floor and individual apartments above. They're trying hard, but she's uncooperative. They always have movies running, a little bistro, wine tastings, trips places, and a hairdresser and a doctor. They are doing a good job. It's a lovely facility. It's nice and clean and does not smell. It doesn't look like an old folk's home.

It is probably the best senior living community I have ever seen. Not because it's very fancy, but it's the fact that everywhere I look, things were designed to be accommodating to their clients, but did not feel like a medical facility. The rooms were as luxurious as a five-star hotel. They have a library, a gym, a spa, and a large dining room, which is very nice. There's also an area where you can go down for breakfast or read the paper, and in the evening they have cheese and wine in that same area. It was nice that there was someone at the desk right by the door, because that's a safety issue. All of the staff members were extremely pleasant. The person who accommodated me during my tour was Marcus, and I'm in touch with him every week. Their food was also excellent. I thought everything was outstanding. It's not just your typical community, and it's the total opposite of state facilities.
