"The Crossings At Bon Air was a very clean facility. Pat toured me around, and she was very nice. I liked that they had balconies on most of the apartments. The apartments were very nice and big. They had spacious bathrooms. If they needed to call somebody for help, they had those pull strings in them. The kitchens were also nice. Most of them had hardwood floors, and it's very clean. The thing I didn't like was their pricing. To me, it was a little high. They only included one meal; compared to another facility, their pricing was around $3000 to $4000 (but you get three meals). The only difference in The Crossings At Bon Air was that you can advance to assisted living and memory care. They had that all available. They had an exercise room, a poolroom, a happy hour night, a chapel, and all the activities you would need to not have to go anywhere. I liked them, but we just couldn't afford it."
