The Greens at Liberty Road

I went to visit a friend at The Greens at Liberty Road's independent living community, and I just like the atmosphere there. I like the apartment and everything about it. It's beautiful. I'm not sure what activities they have because the person I visited doesn't really participate, but I know that they have a lot of activities. I think they occasionally do things and have food, but the residents do their own cooking. My friend has a 2-bedroom apartment, and it is large. I didn't see any negative things about the place. I wasn't there that long, but what I saw was nice.

The Greens at Liberty Road is very nice. They don't serve food here. The only time they have food is on holidays, and the food is delicious. They have a wide variety according to which holiday it is. On Thanksgiving, there's Turkey dressing and a whole meal. Christmas is a little bit more festive. The facility is fabulous. I am on the third floor. Each floor has a chute to put your trash down. It's a beautiful building. It is only about 12 years old. It's brand new and it holds 110 residents. We have a community room which holds about 100 people. They have a library, a living room, a pool room, an arts and crafts room, and an exercise room right across the hall (just four steps and I'm in the exercise room on my floor). We also have barbecue grills. On the 4th of July, we had an outdoor barbecue grill event. It is just really nice. They have a laundromat for everybody as well. The staff is nice and easy to get along with. The manager and the maintenance people are nice. We have bingo every month and they give away really nice prizes. We have card games. If you want to play Pinnacle, they have that, and all kinds of different games that take place. I have a one-bedroom, 700-square-foot apartment, and it's only $912 a month. It's a great place to live.

My mom was a resident of The Greens at Liberty Road. Her apartment was nicely sized. It was a one-bedroom. It had a large bathroom with handicapped access. The main living area was kind of open. It had a kitchen with an island where the sink was so you could see throughout the whole main living area, and a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment. It was very good. The staff was friendly and some were friendlier than others. The residents had things planned. They had bingo two nights a week and they had outings and stuff like that.

I went to visit The Greens at Liberty Road. It was clean. It was nice. I observed the tenants, and they looked comfortable and happy. The place was nice. The staff seemed friendly. It was an apartment-style building and pretty much everyone had their own apartment. They had their entertainment room and rec room. It looked decent. I didn't see any fault with the place.

The Greens at Liberty Road was very well presented. I thought the landscape was conservative and nice. The grass was molded and it's manicured. There were no trash and it was well kept. The door automatically slides open when you came in and does the same thing when you came out. The apartments had walk in closet. They had a complimentary room so the resident's guests could sleep over with no costs at all. Pets were also allowed there.

It's beautiful at The Greens. My aunt lives there. It's really nice and clean. It's got a nice laundry room. The residents are disciplined and cordial, and they have good activities. The building design is great but I don't like it there because there is a graveyard site at the back. I would move there if only I would be placed in an apartment located on the front of the building. I don't want to open my window and see tombstones. Scenery is everything to me.
