I lived at Randallstown Pavillion Co-op Apartments. My experience was very bad. The people that manage the place didn't pay you any attention. There's really no feedback. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And they think that you're no longer able to think for yourself and that's the problem. The apartment was beautiful. In that co-op, you had a first-floor representative, a second-floor representative, and a third-floor representative. But when you complain about something, nothing is done about it. And some of the people were rude. They're constantly banging on the floors. You're not taken seriously. I was only there for a year and four months, and that's it. They don't listen to you. You give them an incident report to fill out if there's a problem, and they don't do anything.
