We came across The Flora House while searching for a senior living home for my grandmother. After touring about a dozen facilities throughout Montgomery County, we started to notice a pattern. The staff was generally kind, but many of the spaces felt dated and, for the price, just okay. From the moment we stepped into The Flora House, everything felt different. We were immediately impressed by the beautiful design, the thoughtful management, and the warmth and professionalism of the staff. It truly felt like a place where the quality matched the cost. Making the decision for my grandmother to leave her home, where she was accustomed to a high standard of living, was not easy. We didn’t want her to feel like she was giving something up or being placed just anywhere. What meant the most to us was realizing she didn’t have to sacrifice the lifestyle she was used to. The Flora House genuinely felt like home.

The home was beautiful and much more spacious than I expected, with private bedrooms and even a PT room. The views were gorgeous, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. During my visit, residents were enjoying a book club, which gave the place such a warm and engaging atmosphere.
