I was at Franklin Woods Center for rehab. Everybody took care of you very well, both medical and dietary exercise. They made sure everything was going well and that you were doing right. If you had any questions, they were right there with you. They were extremely helpful and they took care of everybody equally and without fail. I would highly recommend them. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained. If there was ever an issue, maintenance was on it and got it taken care of right away. They had a good meal. They had a gymnasium; mostly the gymnasium was for therapy. They had a library if you wanted to get a book and read, they had a TV, and you could always go for a walk any time.

My mother left rehab weaker than when she entered. She needed help eating and did not get it. Food would be put in front of her and I would find it still there hours later untouched. He fingernails had old dry food beneath them. She was dirty and unhappy. It is a beautiful facility but it smells terrible and the level of care is substandard.

STAY AWAY !!!! My wife was sent here for rehab. After her operation she needs rehab and could not do things for herself. she rang for the nurse to help her get to the bathroom or even get the bed pan. Well The person that came in and I quote ( just go in your diaper and i'll come back and clean you up later ) !! Really what type of person would do or say that. Shows real concern for the health and well being for the patients. Where is the respect for your patients?? Now my wife has never worn a diaper until they put one on her there . I guess this is what they do to everyone when you check in. When I was there she asked for the bed pan. The person did help her with that but did come back for 30 min and she just had hip surgrey and made her pain worse by laying on it for that long. She says the food is ok tasting but it never is warm it's always cold. The place looks nice from when you walk in but oh how it changes when you go to the floors with the rooms . The Hospital room she had was much nicer and cleaner then the room at Franklin woods. If they want to transfer you to this place say NO. Like

My mother-in-law stayed in Franklin Woods for rehab. It was a lot better than some of the other ones. The staff members were nice. My mother-in-law loved the food. They had plenty of activities going on, so she certainly could have gotten involved in them. I would have thought that they would push her to do more activities than she did because most of the time, she didn't do a lot. They had sing-a-longs, bingo, and musicians playing guitar. Her room was double occupancy, but they kept it clean.
