Would NOT recommend to anyone, my aunt just recently passed away not even two weeks ago, the office people were already telling us we had to move her stuff out and turn in the keys, and the rent was paid until the end of the month. Today we went to turn in the keys after rushing to get everything out of her Apartment and the lady in the office was extremely rude, if I could give this place no stars I would.

Arcadia apartments are a closed-community with key access. Because it is somewhat of a retirement community, the main entrance is set up with a phone-based entry system which is great for visitors. From my experience (2 months currently) I have seen great service from the maintenance and on-site crews/workers. The only reason I have docked two stars is because of the layouts of the apartments. My grandmother in-law lives in a one-bedroom and her bedroom does not have an overhead light. With this building being for seniors-only, and with most seniors having vision problems, I do not understand the reasoning behind the lack of overhead lighting in the only bedroom. The apartment also does not accomodate visitors very well as the only entrance to the bathroom is via the bedroom, not the best layout for seniors who like their privacy in the bedroom.
