This senior focused complex is in the busy northeast section of the city. It is a well-crafted garden apartment community that offers secure and convenient independent living for seniors. This is not resort style living, but each apartment is spacious and well maintained. The grounds are kept up and nicely landscaped. I would not recommend for those prone to wander due to the proximity of busy intersection of Woodlawn and 21st St. Rent is on a sliding fee scale. Many of the residents have other services in place. Site coordinator helps with social activity and getting information on programs and services out to the residents. There is often a wait list. Would not recommend for folks requiring heavy care or oversight..

If your a single white male think twice before going there because Heather the apartment manager has a set of rules for you and then one for others and acqusations that I won't get into but be careful

My parents live in the place..it is full of bedbugs..the manager refuse to help..the bedbugs are not only in my parents place but it is spread in so many of the residents...when we my sister tried to help my parents and complained to the manager ..she got a very rude response ..my dad is almost 90 years old and my mom is very sick...if anything happen to them I will take this old lady manager and everyone responsible to court .
