This senior high rise is located in the far north and east side of the city. It is not an area of town I would reommend. The property is not well maintained and there is no landscaping to speak of. In all honesty, it's kind of scary...you know, the hairs on your neck stand up when you walk in. They do have a site coordinator, but it says something when there is a frequent turnover in that position. Rent is based on income, but there are better choices for independent living.
