Benton House of Lenexa had gracious common areas, unique and plentiful activities, and a wide range of apartments. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. There's low to no sales pitch. They just provided the tour and answered all my questions. It felt like a mid-luxury hotel. The residents I spoke with said they loved living there. It felt more like a home than a facility.

We went to the Benton House of Lenexa for a tour and invited us to have lunch. The food was good, but they did not have a van available during the daytime for the residents if they wanted to run to Walmart, or to the store, or to go shopping for a day. It was very quiet, and there's no noise. They had a piano there. The facility was well-kept, not run down, and in a better part of town. We ate in a separate dining room away from the main one, and they had a room available if you want to do a private event or party or have the family in.

My wife was in Benton House Lenexa, but she fell and is now in skilled care. I thought that the staff was very accommodating, and it seemed that they were very caring. From what I saw, the food was pretty good for a place like that. The food seemed well prepared and was presented nicely.

Benton House of Lenexa is very pleasant and fairly new. I don't have any problems with it. It opened about six months ago, so it is still filling up. They have good staff who enjoy taking care of the residents. The food is OK. The chef is fixing nourishing meals for us every day. They have a salon, but they don't have an exercise room.

Benton House is very nice, brand new, and the courtyards were something my parents thought were really special. Some of the rooms had doors out onto the courtyard, so they could go out and get some sun. However, it was a little expensive for them, and the food was a little too gourmet for Dad. There was no library and not a lot of open space.

We like Benton House of Lenexa a lot. The rooms are comfortable, new, nice, and the bathrooms are big. Mom likes its location and staff. It's a new place, so there was some confusion about hooking up the TV and the telephone. I'm sure they're going to take care of all that in the long run.
