Graceview Courtyard was very clean. It was a new facility. It felt very updated and modern. The people were very, very friendly, and the unit sizes were quite nice.

We are residents of Graceview Courtyard. It's all on one floor. There are no steps. I'm a blind person, and, so it is good to have just open, clear spaces. It's about 825 square feet, and it's a one-bedroom. Our director, Haley, is good, and Mary is an assistant. She's good. I'm pretty happy here. I mean, there are things because it is independent living, there's a problem with food, and they mainly seem to like potlucks. They're probably going to have one again on the 4th of July. It's a little hard to get food, but through PACE, I'm helped. They get me mom's meals and the two of them work together pretty well. It's a new building, so it is very clean. We do have our own washer and dryer in the home. We have a walk-in shower and that's all kept pretty clean. I don't do too much being a blind person, but they have card games and things like that. I have some friends that participate in that, and it's all good. They have pretty good worship service and all here. I wish they could get something in the way of better food and not just have one potluck a month.

My father is moving into Graceview Courtyard. He's getting into their new wing. It was nice. The head lady that's running it is super friendly and super helpful. The units are nice. Everything is brand new. It comes with everything, and it's all clean. You can do handicapped accessible or partially handicapped accessible, so it was accommodating. They have a wellness room with exercise equipment, they have a dining room, they watch movies, they do bingo, they play various games, and they do get-togethers. They have a calendar of activities. They have coffee in the morning, too. There's a lot of social interactions. The staff are very helpful and super nice. We ran into a couple of maintenance guys, and they were nice as well.
